Hello! My name is Kely Yuliana García Nohava.

My instructor is Laura Pamela Vaca.
This is the English transversal activity,
and I am going to talk about my career path, plans, actions and solutions
in my academic and professional context.
I will also highlight the importance of leadership, flexibility, adaptability and professional responsibility.

 Part Two – Career Path

My academic and professional career has been mainly focused on the financial sector.
I have worked as a commercial executive since two thousand eleven,
providing advice on financial and insurance products.

Over the years, I have learned to adapt to market changes, new technologies, and customer needs.
I am a technologist in financial management and a technician in commercial advice and financial operations.
Currently, I am studying Software Analysis and Development,
because I believe that technology is essential to transform financial services and improve business processes.
This new field helps me develop logical thinking and problem-solving skills,
which are very useful in today’s digital world.


Part Three – Plans

My personal and professional plans include continuing my education
in areas such as digital finance, leadership, technology, and sustainability.
I want to combine my financial knowledge with software development
to create technological solutions that make financial management easier and more efficient.
I also plan to improve my English level,
because it opens new opportunities in national and international contexts.
If I have the opportunity to continue studying,
I would like to do a specialization in finance or business management,
and later, a program in advanced software development, combining my two passions — finance and technology.

Part Four – Actions

In my current job, I focus on customer service, credit management, and insurance advice.
Every day, I apply values such as responsibility, honesty, and empathy.
For me, leadership is not only about giving orders, but about listening, guiding, and supporting others.
I try to keep clear communication and make responsible decisions that benefit both the customer and the company.
In my academic life, I organize my time carefully to meet deadlines and apply what I learn in real situations.
When I face a challenge, I look for practical and creative solutions.
I believe that if we keep a positive attitude, we can turn every problem into an opportunity.

Part Five – Solutions and Adaptability

I have learned that being flexible and adaptable is essential in any professional environment.
When policies, processes, or tools change, I must adapt quickly and keep an open mind.
For example, if I have to solve a problem with a client, I analyze the situation and try different options.
If I didn’t stay calm or flexible, I could lose the client’s trust.
In my software studies, flexibility is also necessary, because new technologies appear all the time.
If I don’t update my knowledge, I can fall behind, so I always try to learn and be ready for change.

For me, professional responsibility means doing my duties, keeping ethics, and always aiming for excellence.
